Where is it that you feel nearest to the presence of God? For me, it has always been the ocean, even while living in a land locked state now.
The beauty of nature can remind us of God’s majesty though whether we are in the mountains, the deserts, the rolling plains, or on the coastline of a river or lake. We just need to take a moment to open our eyes and truly see it. Once you have, allow your self to wonder at the details of God’s creativity and power. That same God who created the marvels of the universe loves you and is ready to meet you wherever you are.
